Description

We are looking for a qualified ERP Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for supervising the process of business requirement identification to ensure the proper development and implementation of digital transformation initiatives to improve the overall performance of the business.

Technical & Executive Duties:

Supervising the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide digital transformation strategy to improve the overall performance of different functions.
Supporting the development of digital transformation plans by identifying the business requirements of the different functions with regards to digital transformation, ion including ERP systems, among others, recommending on best possible solutions, and guiding the implementation of systems and solutions while ensuring their fit to identified requirements, to ensure proper automation of processes.
Ensuring the proper planning, configuration, and implementation of ERP systems and modules for different departments within Alaqtar, tar such as Finance, Project Services, Human Resources, etc., and ensuring these systems meet needs and achieve the respective objectives.
Supervising the design and development of extensions/interfaces for ERP, on, and installing and configuring third-party technologies to integrate with the ERP system.
Ensuring that the installation, configuration, and upgrade of the different systems and modules at Alaqtar are appropriately handled and facilitated, thus ensuring alignment with business requirements, and set objectives.
Communicating with different departments to elicit their business requirements and subsequently integrating them into the existing ERP system.
Research new products and services and collaborate with developers to implement existing and emerging technologies that aim to automate processes and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of related systems.
Supervising and assisting the daily process of the ERP operations and coordinating between team members to ensure work is carried out in a professional and effective timely manner.
Ensuring the proper installation of ERP Software release upgrades and support packs, as well as ensuring effective security, operation, and peak performance of ERP Environments.
Ensuring proper archiving process of all troubleshooting technical support requests for future refunding with ERP user manuals to improve user experience.
Overseeing training and orientation for employees regarding operating systems, computer hardware, and software, including E and RP modules, as well as providing prompt technical support and troubleshooting to employees.
Assisting in evaluating and selecting various software and services vendors and recommending the ones that best suit business requirements.
Overseeing set security controls according to the confidentiality and sensitivity levels and reporting security breaches.
Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
