IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

Work Location: Riyadh, KSA

• The IT Support will provide support to end users and perform various IT administration tasks to keep the system running

Job Description:

• Day to Day users support
• Setup and troubleshooting PCs/ Printers and other IT Infrastructure operations
• MS Windows Server administration and backup
• Security policies compliance
• Support initiatives in deployment and support of digital solutions
• Knowledge of Network switches and router administration
• Promote the use of new tools that improve collaboration within distributed teams
• Asset management and maintenance of the hardware database, in particular organization and administration of IT equipment as well as creation and maintenance of documentation
• Collaborate with product teams to consistently deliver quality End users /customer support & Train end users.
Skills and Experience:
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Computer science or related field required.
• 2 years’ experience in similar IT support position and a broad understanding of IT Operations ( Service Operations )
• Prior experience on SCCM / ticketing tools like Service Now would be a plus
• Fluent in English
• Should have valid transferrable IQAMA.
