Urgently required!!

• Reporting head of IT department
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, Operating System, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Experience with Microsoft operating systems, including installation and configuration
• Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Email configuration
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Provide telephone and email support to customers
• Experience in Microsoft servers
• Knowledge about domain, Active directory. DHCP and DNS
• Installation and maintenance for IP telephone system
• Monitoring backup system
• Knowledge about HPE, SonicWALL, Kaspersky, Veeam, Grandsteam products will be better.
• Test & evaluate new technology
