Job Summary:

Digital Care Asia, a leading IT services and digital marketing company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a motivated and target-driven Female Sales Associate to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to customers, generate leads of potential clients, and maintain accurate data related to sales activities. This is a full-time work-from-home position, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales efforts and contributing to its growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Digital Care Asia's products and services.

2. Identify and qualify potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions accordingly.

3. Actively engage with prospects to build relationships and create sales opportunities.

4. Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.

5. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines using CRM software.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales approaches and techniques.

8. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

9. Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

10. Participate in regular sales meetings and provide reports on sales performance and progress.

Requirements:

1. Minimum graduation or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.

2. Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

4. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals.

5. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines.

6. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

7. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

8. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.

9. Fluency in English and Arabic is plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in the IT services or digital marketing industry

2. Familiarity with Saudi Arabian market and culture

3. Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
