Work Experience Requirements:
1. Responsibility to cost data for proposals and contract negotiations. Materials Take off, BOQ Preparation, Estimating Direct and
Indirect Expenses including Materials, Manpower, Consumables & Transportation Etc..,
2. Determine project scope, define requirements, work with the Project team and others to coordinate production, and meet deadlines,
and customer requirements.
3. Follow the Estimating life cycle in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures.
4. Establish quote priorities based on evaluation and analysis of overall opportunities & Potential
5. Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards, programs, and reports. Performs
performance monitoring and control functions for specific applications, including the consistent use of applicable procedures.
6. Provide financial reporting and trending data. Perform data analysis and development.
7. Develop and/or revise manufacturing processes, procedures, and work instructions.
Education and Experience Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Mechanical, Industrial, or other related engineering field.
2. Minimum of five years experience in Cost Engineering, Cost Estimating, planning, scheduling, estimating, and other areas of project
controls in a manufacturing environment.
3. Minimum of five years experience in the Fabrication industry
4. Intermediate level of proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other MS Office programs
5. Functional knowledge of accounting, financial accounting Operating knowledge, and Proficient with computer programs and a
working knowledge of new technology
6. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with co‐workers, outside agencies, business partners, and consultants.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Skills/Key Competencies: • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
