Description

Facility Technician that can handle modular and prefab modular cabinets including cooling, power system, and electro-mechanical design that will help the Datacenter team to ensure all the facility operations are met and in normal condition.

Responsibilities:

• shall be responsible for operating and maintaining existing data center cooling systems (CRAC), generators, AC/DC power and auxiliary equipment to generate electrical power and to provide heat, light, and other utility services.
• must ensure that switchboards and related equipment in electrical control centers to control the distribution of electrical power.
• must monitor and track all data center assets using existing data center infrastructure management (DCIM) or other related tools.
• must collaborate and interact with vendors for assessing power system issues and resolve issues efficiently.
• must troubleshoot and perform corrective action and minor repairs to prevent equipment or system failure.
• must monitor and inspect equipment’s, computer terminals, switches, valves, gauges, alarms, meters, and other instruments to measure temperature, pressure, and fuel flow, to detect leaks or other equipment malfunctions and to ensure equipment is operating at maximum efficiency.
• must conduct actual periodic and routine preventive maintenance for data center equipment which includes but not limited to Data Center and DR sites.
• must be responsible for providing support in cable layout, labeling and movement of any data center related equipment.
• must be responsible for maintaining any surveillance devices inside and out Data Center and DR sites.
• shall be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the entire data center and DR sites facility.
• shall be responsible for assisting and escorting all visitors for any installation, site survey, etc. or any related data center and DR sites activities.

Requirement:
==> +2 years experience in a related field.
==> Available in Saudi Arabia.
