Description

Must have at least Five (5) years of hands-on experience in software development, customization, deployment, and safety management system enhancement. Maintain, manage, and modify all software systems, tools, and applications for multiple platforms. Also, must have at least a professional Application and System Administration Certificate.

Responsibilities:

• responsible for developing, and analyzing functional specifications and the interface between end-users and vendors.
• must resolve complex issues relating to business requirements and objectives.
• shall develop and implement testing procedures, programming, and documentation.
• responsible to train and develop other software analysts.
• responsible for modifications and changes to existing systems to enhance performance.
• shall manage and maintain existing monitoring tools and applications such as NMS, Solarwinds, Ivanti and Patch Management system.
• shall coordinate with developers to build and implement technology solutions.
• must integrate multiple systems and reconcile the needs of different teams.
• shall confirm program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes.
• responsible for researching, evaluating, and recommending solutions appropriate in technology to meet user’s needs.
• shall work with customers to maintain existing software as needed throughout their lifetime.
• must monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with Vendors to implement those fixes.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of IT Business or Functional experience
- Degree qualification in an Engineering.
- Fluency in the basic technologies underlying the IT industry.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Must have Saudi Council Engineering membership as Engineer or Specialist.
- Must be available in Saudi Arabia.
