Description

 Implementing the company’s Environmental Health and Safety Program, Rules and Regulation
 Conduct Safety Orientation / Induction to the newly hired and transferred employees to ensure all employees are fully aware about the policy both the company and client for their safe work practices.
 Conduct modular safety training to all the workers and Staff in order to aware the safe work procedure.
 Conduct routine safety inspection / walk down to identify the hazards associated in the work place and provide immediate action and noted all the safety observation such as unsafe act and condition and discussed to the Foreman/Supervisor as well as the Site Engineer for their information and action to avoid reoccurrence
 Prepare reports on every irregularities observed in the workplace such as Unsafe-act and Unsafe condition and make immediate actions and recommendations and disseminate as much as possible to the concern parties i.e. Foreman/Supervisor/Site Engineer for their immediate action
 Conduct Safety inspection for all Equipment, Tools and Power tools being used or utilized at site and noted on every difficulty found and submit recommendation report to the Supervisor / Site Engineer / Safety Supervisor/ Manager.
 Conduct daily toolbox talk/meeting before start the job, to make sure all workers are fully aware about the sequence of their work activities, the possible hazards and discussed the proper way to be able to work safely and appropriate tools, equipment and Personal Protective Equipment being used during the execution.
 Monitoring the Personal Protective Equipment for issuance or replacement and proper usage
 Conduct investigation on every Near-miss/Incident/Accident occurred to identify the root cause and to avoid reoccurrence
 Prepare Near-miss /Incident/Accident reports and submit to the Safety Manager/Supervisor
 Maintain or helps on the maintenance of an efficient Incident/Accident record system and coordinates action taken by the supervisors/Site Engineers to eliminate incident/accident causes.
 Prepare and submit reports pertaining to Environment, Health and Safety to the Safety Manager/Supervisor and Client as required
 Performed other task related to Environmental Health and Safety that maybe assigned from time to time.
 Attend regular weekly and monthly safety meetings (internal and Client) to raise issues and concerned being observed during the project safety implementation
 Participate the improvement and development of the Environmental, Health and Safety Program which used as guide and manual to achieved the common goal of safety which is zero accident
