Job Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
Ensure prompt and efficient food and beverage service.
Oversee and coordinate the activities of the wait staff.
Train new team members on service standards and procedures.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a waiter in a busy Catering setting.
Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
A customer-oriented approach.
Locally transferable Iqama will be preferred first.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
