ERP SAP Success Factors Consultant to work in Saudi Arabia Location.

Education: Bachelor/Master’s Degree

Work Experience required: At 3 to 5 years relevant work experiences in both SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.

Specialized knowledge & skillsets:

PMGM configuration experience.
RCM/RMK configuration experience.
SAP SuccessFactors Strategic Workforce Planning certification.
SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
Experienced in SAP HCM.
Have an experience in SuccessFactors provisioning.
Strong knowledge & skill in XML coding.
Strong knowledge & experience in data integration of SAP HCM and SSF using middleware (PI/PO, CPI).

Languages: English (Fluent) and Arabic (Preferred).

Professional certifications:

SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management certification.
SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management certification.
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 certification
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Planning and Analytic
SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
