Description

Our client, Multi National Company is looking for Contract Manager under their sponsorship. The ideal candidate should have the followings:

Job Requirement
• Review and analyze tender documents from commercial and contractual point of view (Salient conditions, list of clarifications, exceptions and deviations, risk identification and assessment)
• Prepare proposed risk mitigation plan from contractual point of view
• Analyze reasons for delays and disruptions, identify client related reasons and issue notification and change orders to the client in consultation with the Management
• Support Management & Project Manager in all contractual discussions with the client.
• Identify insurance requirements for the project, monitor renewal and closure of insurance policies
• Obtain validation on legal review from Legal function
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and negotiations with client, seek commercial clarifications


Candidate Requirement
• Minimum 10+ years working experience with large project and organization
• Degree in Engineering
• Arabic native speaker will be preferred
• Transfer of sponsorship will be preferred
• Work Location Easter Region, Saudi Arabia
