Job Description:
• Prepare the Project Schedule covering entire scope and within defined timelines.
• Determine the optimal material, manpower, and machinery requirements.
• Plan for budget required for the project, create various budget heads to document and monitor the expenses.
• Create Cash flow analysis (Expected cash inflow vs. Expected cash outflow)
• Coordinate with the execution team and prepare drawings, monthly procurement schedules for major materials, building materials, special materials and tools as per the work plan.
• Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly and monthly updates of the project
• Create variance reports (Schedule Variance, Cost Variance and Earned Value Method (EMV)) at various stages of the project to analysis deviations
• Create Project Closing Reports and Learning

Education, Experience and skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering, Construction Cost Management or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, estimating techniques, quantity surveying, data cost management and technical documentation.
• Strong oral and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and carrying out negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills with multitasking abilities for meeting the scheduled deadline.
• Leadership and management skills
• Effective time management skills
