Requirements:

• Willing to be transferred to the company (transferrable iqama)
• Have yrs. of experience in administration
• Female Filipino Citizen
• Must be in Jeddah

Job and Responsibilities:
• Answering calls, taking messages, checking e-mails, and handling correspondence for the Managing Director.
• Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments for the Managing Director.
• Typing, preparing, and collating reports and filling of documents for the Managing Director
• Responsible for monitoring
• Organizing and servicing meetings for the Managing Director
• Preparing quotations and proposals for clients
• Co-develop e-commerce operations along with marketing strategies, business and support plans, budget requirements, etc.
• Maintaining all e-commerce-related records.
• Monitoring the inventory and stocks
• Planning and supervising all the operational functions
• Participating in the development of strategic plans & objectives
• All administrative functions, including operations, management, process improvement, identifying various compliance issues, and strategic planning development.
• Gathering information and generating data on standard performance measures
• Maintaining contract files and reports
• Documenting policies and procedures
• Participating in special project work when required
• Developing and recommending procedures to be used to manage and coordinate various activities.
• Propose creative ideas, participate in a brainstorming session, and recommend operational solutions.
