Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Overall supervision of the warehouse in the day to day operations including outside storage areas.
* Oversee the efficient receiving, storage and dispatching of a wide variety of parts and materials.
* Performs material management functions associated with the issuing and recording of spare parts and all sorts of materials.
* Maintains strict monitoring of ASH warehouse inventory and ensures that the inventory levels in ASH warehouse stay accurate and up to date.
* Tracking and managing stock levels, monitoring inventory flow, and ensuring that products are ordered on time to ensure the availability and accuracy of a ASH inventory.
* Maintain stock in a good and serviceable condition.
* Ensures proper control of material release for ASH workshop staff, drivers and personnel.
* Ensures proper control of receiving material from suppliers and service providers.
* Responsible for Developing and maintaining the procedures for spare parts handling and the movement of parts and materials from and into the warehouse.
* Monitoring parts performance after release through out the installation phase and during replacement processes.
* Ensuring quality, authenticity, validity and compatibility of the parts being received, used or installed in ASH fleet and workshop
* Responsible for setting stock re-order points while valuing inventory forecast targets versus actuals.
* Conducting regular physical inventory checks and reporting any material discrepancies.
* Generating inventory cost daily and monthly reports and analyze material usage and utilization to help set better strategies.
* Ensuring accuracy of inventory data input into ASH operating systems in regard with parts & materials.
* Leading warehouse activities and stacking of materials.
* Confirming adequacy of material issuance form documentation, delivery notes and material receipts and maintain record keeping.
* Complying with ASH rules and regulations and warehouse safety and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
