Job Advertisement for Logistic Driver
We are looking for a qualified logistic driver to join our team. The main responsibilities of the role include:
1. Procurement tasks: Drive to suppliers to purchase office supplies and materials as needed. Familiar with various routes and locations of suppliers.
2. Airport pickups: Drive company staff or clients to and from the airport. Help load or unload luggage and provide good customer service.
3. Goods delivery: Deliver products or documents to clients or partners. Ensure goods are transported to the correct recipients in a timely and courteous manner.
4. Daily document management: Collect, sort and file daily office documents like invoices, receipts and bills. Enter relevant records into the computer systems.
Key requirements:
•A valid driving license and clean driving record. Familiar with traffic routes in various districts.
•Good communication skills in English. Able to communicate with clients, suppliers and colleagues effectively.
•Hands-on experience in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
•A responsible and careful working attitude with a team spirit.
•Occasional overtime may be needed based on workloads and deadlines.
