Description

We are searching for a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales activities for our Pipeline services like bolt torquing, hydro testing, cold cutting, Sandblasting, Chemical Cleaning, and Nitrogen purging business. They will work to actively seek out new clients and build relationships with existing clients to promote business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the construction industry
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure successful business partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to create project proposals and develop new business strategies
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients
- Provide technical support and expertise to clients and potential clients
- Forecast sales targets and provide regular updates to management on progress toward meeting sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer information in the company.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in sales within the construction industry, including experience with contracting and Pre-commissioning
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in construction and engineering
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiating and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
