Description

We are a logistics company who are looking for a young female candidate who will be responsible for creating, executing and implementing HR activities. You will lead our HR for active personnel and recruit delivery riders, evaluate the candidates and hire them, as well as handle the company's employee dashboard. You would also need to search for job-related events in Jeddah and let the supervisor know of them.


Responsibilities:

Define and execute the communication and HR activities.
Recruit delivery riders via selling visas or transfer of sponsorships.
Manage personnel data on delivery services' dashboard.
Shortlist and hire delivery riders based on competency.
Search for job-related events in Jeddah for engagement and recognition.
Assist the accounts department in preparation of payrolls.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Studies (or equivalent business-related fields)
1-3+ years' experience in HR/Marketing/Administration or similar roles.
Social media knowledge.
English Language (written and verbal) is a must.
Strong organizational skills.
Valid Iqama is must.
(Pakistani and Indian Nationals preferred, others can apply too.)
