Organizing office work to the Sales Manager and the sales department in Batook Trading Company, including organizing and keeping sales management records, and preparing the required sales reports, as well as organizing work with the sales team as a link between the main center and the branches .

Tasks ;

Coordinate the process of preparing sales and forecasting reports for sale in all sales branches.

Submit progress reports periodically to the sales manager (analyze the results and recommend the develop solutions) Collect and analysis the data and sales developments.

Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity

gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively

Follow up with the daily mailing and make sure to coordinate with all Sales Manager requirement
