A Company Looking For a Quantity Surveyor with an engineering Mechanical or civil background
For the Aramco project in Jafurah
Candidates must have 6 years of experience
Project: RTR pipeline
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Study project drawings, specifications and methods of measurements related to the quantity take-off process.
2. Preparation of daily activity report, daily Roster report, and Non-Productive report Site Measurements & Quantity takeoff.
3. Check for discrepancies between BOQ quantities and IFD/IFC Drawing quantities.
4. Prepared & Submitted Monthly Payment Applications to the Engineer & Obtain Approval. And the follow-up, the Payment Certificate.
5. Monitored the certified payments paid to Subcontractors in accordance with the contract Terms & Conditions to avoid unnecessary delays in a Project’s progress.
6. Prepared & Finalized Variation Orders with the Engineer.
7. Prepared & Finalized Final Accounts with the Engineer.
8. Evaluation, negotiated & finalized Subcontractor’s Variation Orders.
9. Manage & Validate Bonds, Insurance, and Guarantee.
10. Commercial support to the site and contracts management & Estimation team.
11. Maintaining technical records including site progress meeting minutes, drawing issues, and changes in the scope of work and specifications.
12. Maintaining and updating the status of progress on a daily basis. Monitoring of progress of works on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
