Job Description:

Our company is seeking a talented and experienced architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various buildings and structures. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the field and possess excellent design and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Oversee the construction of buildings and structures
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects meet all requirements
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
