Site Records Controller

Job Role:

To improve the quality, accuracy and timely submission of the Site Records
submit Claims to relevant parties or defend Claims submitted by other parties.

Maintain Site Records -

- Daily Site Reports (DSRs) Site work is recorded daily for each working location.
- Internal Constraints Forms (ICFs) in which all constraints planned daily Site work caused by others are recorded on a per occurrence basis.

To check the completeness of Site construction and installation work as claimed by others.
To use a mentoring and hands-on approach.
Record suitable and accurate information in the Daily Site Reports and Internal Constraints Forms.
Handle Claims-related issues and Contract-related issues.


Qualifications.

- Min 4 years experienced in Site-related issues on major international construction and installation projects and who can identify existing and potential issues
- Immediate joining
- Should have valid transferrable IQAMA.
