Our Company is seeking a highly motivated, adaptable, and reliable Sales Support to join us. This opportunity is open to people with both public and private sector backgrounds and candidates who have transferrable skills – including administrative experience, familiarity with the Microsoft Outlook suite – are encouraged to apply.

Skills you should have:
• The ability to quickly adapt to new environment and workloads.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular, Microsoft Outlook, and others.
• Extremely organised and with strong management skills.
• Able to manage competing and changing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build enduring relationships with Executives and co-workers.
• Proactive and able to perform under pressure.
• Pride in delivering high-quality work.


Requirements:
• Willing to be transferred to the company (transferrable iqama)
• Have yrs. of experience in administration
• Filipino Citizen
• Must be in Riyadh

Job and Responsibilities:
• Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team associates
• Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
• Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
• Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed
• Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data
• Creating and processing sales in a timely manner
• Reporting any unusual activity to supervisors
• Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required
