New Electrical ( LV MV ) Factory in Sudair Industrial City

Production Supervisor Position Responsibilities:

Able to multitask in different workstations.
Plans, coordinates and administers manufacturing operations and quality activities.
Production Planning of LV Package Substations-LV Switchgear
Initiates, encourages and develops a participative management environment.
Implements continuous improvement process.
Provides measurement and feedback on department operations.
Ensures department is always following all safety standards and procedures and immediately addresses safety concerns
Supervises hourly employees.
Makes hiring, promotion, and termination recommendations
Maintains a positive, inclusive work environment; resolves conflicts
Responsible for the effective use of personnel, materials, and equipment.
Meets production cost schedule and maintains quality requirements.
Keeps management informed of developments as they occur.
Maintains department records for QC, SAFETY, and Productivity etc.
Supports and ensures adherence to company’s policies, procedures, and practices
Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent training with work experience.
College degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising employees in a manufacturing environment.
Electrical experience a plus.
Blueprint reading ability required.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes and procedures.
Knowledge of quality control procedures.
Leadership & team-oriented work experience with a team of 15 or more.
