ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assists in the supervision of all physical movement of stock (goods received from clients/suppliers and goods supplied to subcontractors and site controllers)
2. Ensures that all documentation and procedures are properly implemented (GRN, Delivery Notes)
3. Ensures that all materials arrive to the warehouse correctly and in good condition
4. Follows up with the warehouse employees and the transport agent for a smooth flow of the material supply process
5. Assists the weekly random stock count and the monthly general stock count.
6. Ensures That all OH&S/QMS procedures are regularly monitored and followed
