We are looking for URBAN PLANNER -Designer-
Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree or master planning /landscape with min. of 15 Y
* #SCE membership is required
* Experience in MEGA planning projects
* Experience in gulf area in planning regulation in KSA
* Strong personality and ability to conduct presentation to clients
* Extensive experience of the planning process from preparation and submission to client / authority approvals
* Good experience in landscape design and the ability to review landscape construction documents
* Free hand sketches skills in master planning and landscape are preferred
* Ability to review technical proposals /estimating manhours and write technical report
