Description

Receive materials delivered to the warehouse, conform quantities, and specifications thereof, and store the same; disburse orders submitted by competent authorities; prepare, and ship orders.

Main Tasks:
• Receive various materials delivered to the warehouse, conform quantities, and specifications thereof, and store the same according to nature thereof to ensure preservation thereof in accordance with regulatory policies and procedures.
• Identify and secure tools, supplies, devices, and equipment required for proper workflow in accordance with regulatory policies and procedures.
• Prepare equipment and technical devices receipt memorandums from competent companies.
• Disburse orders submitted by competent authorities in accordance with statutory documents; prepare and ship devices and spare parts to official authorities ordering the same.
• Prepare, submit, document, and archive work reports.
