Position : Team Manager-civil

Essential Functions

Direct, lead, manage and co-ordinate the team of Engineering staff to ensure all engineering and projects operations and maintenance functions are carried out safely and efficiently in line wrth the overall Engineering and Projects functional objectives and asset plans to ensure that duties are performed to a satisfactory standard of our client.

Job description and scope of work responsibilities :

Manage the department team categories (Concrete/Steel, Gen Civil, Building and Designer) and provide guidance and on the job training for junior colleagues and conduct knowledge sharing to facilitate achievement of team objectives and completion of tasks in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
Direct and manage the team and perform over all policies, setting up and implementing the
Department goals and objectives
Oversee, manage and direct team resources, assignments to estimation or actualproject requirements.
Monitoring team members performance in general & in projects and full coordination to all technical issues.
Promote the organization's values and ethics in all activities within the team to support the
establishment of a value drive culture within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Architecture, Civil, Structural)

Minimum Experience & Know edge & Skills

10to 15 years' experience in Engineering Management
Technical knowledge for responsible engineering categories (General Civil, Structural Concrete/Steel, Building Works
Strong knowledge in International Codes and Standards ACI, AISC, British, Euro Design Codes and Standards, IBC, NFPA Management skill in Oil & Gas EPC Business
Experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction
Assessment of Team and engineer's performance
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Develop and lead workshop or presentation to members for training/education
