We are looking for AutoCAD Draftsman's with minimum 3-5 years experience Fresher's can also apply,

As an AUTOCAD you will be responsible for utilizing CAD to support Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection engineering projects. The Technician will be self-motivated with good communication skills, able to work on a team with others to accomplish our client's goals. Other duties would include performing documentation and drafting tasks as needed to produce contract documents. Maintain up to date working knowledge and technical knowledge of all procedural and improvement changes to computer hardware and software applications. Some familiarity with design in retail, restaurant, hospitality, medical facilities, municipal buildings, schools, assisted living, cannabis retail and distribution facilities, higher education facilities and mixed use.

Essential Functions

Setting up new CAD drawings and Revit project files and maintaining file structure for projects
Working with project managers and technical design staff to prepare drawing documentation
Skillfully working in current versions of AutoCAD and Revit. Knowledge of Revit MEP for 3D projects; including maintaining multiple models, creating views, accurate object placement, and UCS manipulation is a plus
Creating electronic data files in compliance with client requirements
Converting redlines to document-ready work
Publishing, posting, and managing drawing sets
Maintaining drawing revisions
Adding insight and making recommendations to add efficiencies and value to CAD and BIM production
Perform other related duties or similar duties as required or assigned
Qualifications


? High School diploma or equivalent

? AutoCAD/Revit modelling knowledge

? Proven interest in the field of design modelling

? Excellent written and communication skills

? Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects
