( 3 ) Electrical Technician - Power Diesel Generators
Department: Maintenance
Job Location: Onsite ( RIYADH )
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on power diesel generators, including checking electrical systems, components, and connections.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, such as faulty wiring, circuit breakers, control panels, and voltage irregularities.
• Repair or replace electrical components, including switches, relays, motors, and sensors.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including generator control panels, switchgear, and wiring.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to develop and implement electrical maintenance plans and projects.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations.

Requirements:

 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Technical diploma or certification in electrical engineering or a related field.
 Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in the power generation or industrial sector.
 Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including generators, transformers, switchgear, and control panels.
 Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
 Skilled in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
 Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical problems efficiently.
 Familiarity with relevant safety codes and regulations, such as NEC and OSHA guidelines.
 Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the project requirements.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

( 1 ) Mechanical Technician - Power Diesel Generators

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on power diesel generators, including engines, fuel systems, cooling systems, and exhaust systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, such as abnormal noises, vibration, leaks, and performance inefficiencies.
• Perform engine overhauls, including disassembly, inspection, reconditioning, and reassembly of engine components.
• Repair or replace mechanical components, such as pistons, valves, bearings, gaskets, filters, and belts.
• Perform alignments, adjustments, and calibrations on mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to plan and execute complex repairs and equipment upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols and comply with relevant mechanical codes and regulations.

Requirements:

 Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
 Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve mechanical problems effectively.
 Familiarity with relevant safety codes and regulations, such as ASME and ANSI standards.
 Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the project requirements.
 Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
