Description


Incoming Inspection:

1. Inspect materials and checked for the quality inspection report
2. Obtain the quality inspection report and forward to the QAE.
3. For product Non-conformance, inform the QAE in-charge.

In-process Inspection:

1. Check the materials to be used at production line if they are placed
systematically according to its use.
2. Check if the Work Instructions of the product running is available in
the area.
3. Monitor un-necessary movements of operators or machine which can
affect the quality of the product running.
4. Inspect finished products according to requirements and specifications.
5. Report to QAE any non-conformance found in the area.

Outgoing Inspection:

1. Review the history of the products to be delivered.
2. Make sampling inspection as required.
3. Prepare the Outgoing Inspection Report.
