- *HVAC TECHNICIAN*

o Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
o Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
o Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC
o Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems
o Performing emergency repair promptly and efficiently
o Performing periodic preventive maintenance on Chiller Units
o Perform periodic preventive maintenance on chiller control system
o Routine inspection and repair of Chillers
o Monitor the performance and adjust Chiller equipment to obtain maximum efficiency

- *SKILLS*
o Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
o Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols
o Proficient in reading schematic diagrams and work plans
