We are looking to hire a import Officer 6 to 7 years Experience inside Kingdome of Saudi Arabia.
نحن نتطلع إلى توظيف موظف استيراد من 6 إلى 7 سنوات من الخبرة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.

Responsibilities.
1:Knowledge in the SFDA requirements and regulations for Importing food products.
الإلمام بمتطلبات ولوائح الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء لاستيراد المنتجات الغذائية.
2:Know how to use FASAH system.
تعرف على كيفية استخدام نظام فسح.
3:know how to maintain and build a relationship with the world-wide suppliers.
تعرف كيفية الحفاظ على علاقة مع الموردين في جميع أنحاء العالم وبناءها.
4:Know about the logistics requirements and how to follow up on the ( Air – Sea – Road) transportation.
التعرف على المتطلبات اللوجستية وكيفية متابعة النقل (الجوي - البحري - البري).
5:Know the custom clearance requirements and how to follow up on the process.
معرفة متطلبات التخليص الجمركي وكيفية متابعة العملية.
6:Know how to follow up on agreement terms with suppliers ( order terms and delivery, Payments and receivables ).
تعرف على كيفية متابعة شروط الاتفاقية مع الموردين (شروط الطلب والتسليم والمدفوعات والمبالغ المستحقة القبض).
7:Knowledge in the incoterms of shipping ( CIF – Ex works – FOB , etc …).
المعرفة بشروط النقل البحري (CIF - Ex Works - FOB ، إلخ ...).
8:Know how to raise purchasing orders.
تعرف على كيفية رفع أوامر الشراء.
9:Know how to do reports for supplier.
تعرف على كيفية عمل التقارير للمورد.
