Full Time Job
Minimum 5 year experience required in Freight forwarding operation
Maximum 35 years of age
Must have car and driving license
Based in Jeddah
Minimum 3 month valid and transferable Iqama

Scope of working
Manage daily freight forwarding activities of the company to include all sea, air, road operations Import/export process and warehousing.
Handling operations, daily follow up with Carrier/Agents for shipments arrival date.
Follow up shipping instructions and coordinate shipments with Customers.
Prepare shipping instructions and coordinate shipments with shipping lines.
Send arrival notice to customers.
Follow up with clients
Responsible for the accuracy of invoices, bills of lading, shipping statements, and the achievement of KPIs
Dealing with shippers/consignees requirements
Dealing with truckers and customs clearance brokers
Dealing with agents worldwide
