Description

Require a Power Engineer with hands-on experience operating and maintaining data center power systems, generators, and auxiliary equipment to generate electrical power and to provide heat, light, refrigeration, and other utility services based on Uptime Tier III or IV and Data Center Energy design.

Responsibilities:

• must develop good understanding of infrastructure design and sequence of data center operation.

• shall be responsible and hands-on skills in AC/DC power that enable maintenance of major power and electrical systems.

• shall provide continuous improvements to minimize the environmental impact of the operation by helping the team improve site power usage effectiveness (PUE) and operational efficiency.

• must monitor and track all data center assets and should have experience with data center infrastructure management (DCIM) or other related tools.

• shall demonstrate technical skills and knowledge regarding power system analysis software, electrical design and network architectures, and load flow analysis and protective device coordination.

• must create and maintain regular facility reports and any recommendations for all facility equipment but not limited to such as cooling power, UPS, fire safety etc.

• must submit data center utilization and preventive maintenance report.
