About the Role:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Jeddah, KSA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical support to customers. You will work closely Drilling teams from different companies (consultants, contractors, resource companies) and building owners to promote AITC's Drilling equipment and machinery solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


Identify and develop new business opportunities in the KSA market
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
Provide technical support to customers and address their inquiries and concerns
Develop and deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback to management
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business

Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Geologist degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the MINING industry in KSA.
Strong technical knowledge of Mineral Exploration process and materials used in the field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Result-oriented mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in English & Arabic language skills is mandatory.
