Job Summary:
As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our company's quality control processes. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications. Your role will involve developing and implementing quality control plans, training and guiding the quality control team, as well as communicating with suppliers and customers to address quality issues.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality aligns with company standards and customer requirements.
Create quality control plans and procedures and oversee their execution.
Manage the quality control team, including training and guiding team members to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge.
Communicate with suppliers and customers to resolve quality issues and handle related complaints.
Analyze quality data, devise improvement measures, and enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations.
Continuously improve quality control processes by introducing new technologies and methods.
Preferred Background and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (candidates with manufacturing backgrounds are preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in quality control, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with ISO quality management systems and related quality standards.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate with employees at different levels and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of analyzing data and devising effective solutions.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Proficiency in using quality management tools and software.
