Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely execution of production schedules.
Monitor production processes and workflows to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety guidelines, and productivity targets.
Train, mentor, and provide guidance to production team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Evaluate and optimize production procedures to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality control, and logistics, to resolve production-related issues and improve overall operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate production records, including inventory levels, production reports, and equipment maintenance logs.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Identify and recommend process improvements, equipment upgrades, and automation opportunities to enhance production capabilities.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or a similar role in a manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control principles.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse production team.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in using manufacturing software and systems for production planning and reporting.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.
