Job Title/Designation: Pre-Seller
Reporting to: Sales Supervisor


Calling on every outlet in his area as per the specified calling schedule and selling the complete Company Product Range in order to develop the maximum potential of each outlet.
Achieving the best possible merchandising standard in each outlet within his Pre-selling area including the following:
Merchandising all Sales Generating Assets as per Company standards.
Ensuring that all Sales Generating Assets are used exclusively for the Company’s products.
Building and maintaining product displays
Placing and maintaining generic promotional Point of Sale Material.
Rotating the stocks on a FIFO basis.
Maintaining the stock room.
Following the Company’s Credit Policy and controlling his customers outstanding.
Reporting and ensuring action has been taken on all aspects of service for his outlets including:
Condition of Company owned Sales Generating Assets
Dealer complaints of any kind.
Informing the management about all items of importance which may effect the Company’s performance in his Pre-Selling area including:
All Competitors activities
Changes of structure in his Pre-Selling area in terms of opening and/or closing of outlets.
Appraising his Pre-Selling area and advising the management of opportunities such as changing and calling frequency, Sales Generating Assets placements or upgrades, or implementation of merchandising drives.
Implementing any marketing activity authorized by the management.
Planning loads to ensure an efficient and effective delivery service while maintaining an optimal customer service.
Filling and maintaining Company’s reports such as: Route Cards, Daily Activity Report, Key Business indicators report and load summary reports.
Building and maintaining a good relationship with the customers while reflecting a positive public image for self and company.
Driving safely while maintaining proper care for the company vehicle.
Wearing prescribed uniform adhering to Company dress policy.
Adhering to Company general policy.
Any other duties delegated by the management.


High School Diploma.
Minimum 3 years proven retail sales experience & achievement preferably in dairy or beverage industry.
Presentable with a flair for aggressive selling abilities, strong inter-personal communication skills, result-oriented & motivated.
Capable to manage / achieve sales & collection targets with large volume customers.
Light driving license a must.
Should be flexible to being posted at any of the company depots in KSA.
Age – below 35 years.
