We are currently seeking a competent and dedicated Office Secretary to support our office operations. You will take on the crucial task of coordinating office activities and ensuring that information flows efficiently between different departments. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain and organize office records and documents, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date.
Manage and schedule appointments and meetings for executives and office staff, and provide reminders as necessary.
Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other office documents.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and initiating orders when necessary.
Provide general support to visitors and clients, such as answering general queries, directing them to the appropriate staff member, and providing them with necessary materials.
Facilitate internal communication, disseminating information to staff and coordinating departmental activities.
Assist with office tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and office cleanup.
