Description

The Technical Lead Engineer is responsible for leading a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects or solutions. This role involves overseeing project execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging technical expertise to drive innovation and achieve business objectives. The Technical Lead Engineer must possess strong leadership skills, exceptional technical proficiency, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. Should have 7-8 years of experience.

Area of Expertise:
• Servers: Should be proficient in managing servers, including Active Directory, Domain Controllers, and Patch Management. They should have a deep understanding of server administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Network Planning and Implementation: Should have experience in network planning and implementation. This includes expertise in VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) configuration, network architecture design, and troubleshooting network-related issues.
• Security Solutions: Should have knowledge and experience in implementing security solutions such as CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) systems and Access Control systems. They should understand the principles of physical security and can design and configure these solutions effectively.
• Cybersecurity Solutions: Should possess expertise in cybersecurity solutions. This includes knowledge of various security technologies, tools, and practices to protect networks, systems, and data. They should be familiar with security frameworks, vulnerability assessments, and incident response protocols.
• Firewall Implementation: Should have hands-on experience in implementing and managing firewalls within a network infrastructure. They should understand firewall rules and policies and be able to configure and troubleshoot firewall solutions effectively.
• Note: Should have expertise in additional areas depending on the specific requirements of the organization, such as cloud technologies, virtualization, storage solutions, or specific industry-related technologies.
