• Preferred possession of a Saudi Driving License
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in installing and configuring Active Directory, Domain Controller, and Windows Server
• Skilled in troubleshooting network and hardware issues on both office and client-side
• Familiarity with CCTV network and security systems
• Experience in implementing and troubleshooting time attendance systems
• Competent in managing disk partitions and ensuring fault tolerance
• Understanding of network infrastructure
• Knowledgeable in setting up firewalls (FortiGate/Sophos)
• Proficient in installing and troubleshooting network printers
• Responsible for updating antivirus software on all computers
• Ability to troubleshoot operating system issues and resolve software and hardware problems for users
• Proficient in configuring Outlook, network printers, and local printers
• Skilled in troubleshooting and installing personal computers.
