Job Position: Chef and Pastry Chef

Responsibilities:

Create and prepare authentic Arabic dishes with precision and attention to detail.
Develop innovative recipes and menus while ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Oversee the kitchen operations, including ingredient sourcing, food preparation, and quality control.
Train and mentor junior culinary staff members.
Collaborate with the management team to enhance the restaurant's culinary offerings.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience as a Chef or Pastry Chef in Arabic cuisine.
Profound knowledge of Arabic flavours, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Creative approach to recipe development and menu planning.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.
Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications are preferred.
