• Job Title: FITTER
• Location: DAMMAM
• Rotation: 2 Weeks Day Shift / 2 Weeks Night Shift
• Working Hours Per Day: 9 hours per day (day and night shifts) (Day Shift 7am until 4pm) ( Night Shift 4pm until 1am)
• Working Days Per Week: 5 Days per week
• Contract Duration: 12 Month
• Preferred Language: English

Role Summary:-

A pipefitter is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems for, high-pressure transport, oil and chemicals, natural gas, and more. Read design specifications to cut and weld pipes, perform routine inspections, and lay pipework.
Essential Responsibilities:-
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems for packaging projects.
• Read design specifications to cut pipes, perform routine inspections after fitting up the pipes, and lay pipework.
• Ability to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
• Ability to assembly/disassembly, adjust and install mechanical to meet tolerance and product operating requirements
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Good mechanical aptitude, use of general hand tools, power tools needed for fit up pipes or assembly and precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to operate moving equipment such as Overhead Carne.
• Ability to perform testing such as hydrotest and pneumatic test.
• Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental directives and regulations
• Ownership for completion of QC Sheets, manufacturing forms, completion work forms

Qualifications/Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years’ experience in packaging lines
• Experience in mechanical activities such as assembly pipes & equipment, testing, welding.
• Knowledge of packaging manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of the product: Centrifugal Compressor, Gas Turbine, Electrical Motor, Gearbox.
• Knowledge of packaging drawings read and understand.
• Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)
• Deftness and attention to detail
