We are a reputable and growing UAE-based company specializing in Building Maintenance Unit supply and installation (BMU) and Abseil Systems. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical expertise in the field of BMU and Abseil Systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to our success and establish themselves as a leader in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and key industry sectors in Saudi Arabia.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand our business presence in the Saudi Arabian market.
Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, to build fruitful relationships.
Present our products and services to clients, demonstrating their value and aligning them with customer needs.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business partnerships and contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the specific requirements of Saudi Arabian clients.
Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics in Saudi Arabia.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our company.
Provide regular reports on market activities, sales performance, and future opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales and business development, with a focus on expanding operations in Saudi Arabia.
In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian business environment, including local regulations, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with clients and key stakeholders.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in Arabic and English.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of business expansion initiatives.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
