URGENT HIRING!!
Job Role.(IT SPECIALIST/IT ENGINEER)
Responsible for assessing systems, determining problems, providing solutions to issues that arise, designing systems, upgrading systems, maintaining systems, and brainstorming possible improvements that can be made to a system in the future.

Responsibilities:
1.Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
2.Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
3.Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
4.Answers end-user IT questions and troubleshoots standard IT issues, questions, problems and failures with hardware, software, peripherals, or workstations, remotely via telephone, email, or Instant Messenger (This will be across the entire group and multiple sites).
5.Recognizes, categorizes, and isolates end-user questions, issues, and problems; either resolves the situation or refers it to more senior Service Desk staff or to another IT fellow.
6.Knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365.
7.Repairing and replacing equipment, as necessary.
8.Researches and develops solutions for standard software and hardware questions, issues, problems, and failures.
9.Testing new technology.
10.Train and guide users on technologies.
11.Prepare user guides, solution guides, training guides for users.
12. Help with solution testing and troubleshooting.
13.Root cause analysis and business case preparation.
14.Always ensure availability of IT Hardware Inventory and ensure that warranty information is updated in the IT Asset system.
15.Ensure that consumables are always appropriately stocked as per internal laid down rules & procedures and ensure shortfalls are always avoided.
16.Follows IT Policies, procedures, and standards in responding to end user requests and providing end user support.
17.Documents and reports all service requests and their outcome, following standard IT procedures and practices.
18.Planning and undertaking scheduled of IT maintenance contracts.
19.Performs other responsibilities associated with this position that may be appropriate.

Qualification.
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related subject.
-Any technical certification from global organization such as Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Nutanix will be an added advantage.
