About the job
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Happiness Gem Logistics Sales Representative with logistics sales experience and strong motivation to hunt for new business and take on an evolving role in Riyadh.

Your Role

In this role, you will acquire, win and retain new customers. As a Happiness Gem Logistics Sales Representative of the company, you will maintain close collaboration with key stakeholders and maximize business opportunities to achieve agreed goals. You will spend most of the time in customer-facing activities, hunting for new business, and working hand in hand with the Customer Care Personnel (customer care tasks) on the same customers. You will take pricing decision in alignment with the Station Manager, and following the Trade Management/Pricing recommendations. You will be account manager of sales accounts.

Your Responsibilities

Generate new logistics business opportunities.
Prepare quotations using our online tools and submit our proposal to the customers.
Deliver presentations about our main happiness gem logistics products.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.
Report customer complaints to the Customer Care Team.
Demonstrate superior Happiness Gem Logistics product and trade knowledge and monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products

Your Skills And Experiences

Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar discipline or relevant.
Minimum 2 years experience in the logistics industry in Saudi Arabia.
Self-starter and proactive who is able to develop new business “Hunter” characteristics rather than “farmer”.
Good command in English language and fluent Arabic speaker.
