A digital marketing company located in Riyadh looking for a Telemarketing
• Initiate outbound calls to prospects to determine interest and help them understand our services
• Work with sales team and generate quality leads through cold calling and following up with prospects
• Meet and exceed targets and goals set by the company
• Collaborate with sales and marketing team for efficient strategizing and lead generation
• Effectively represent Business Ray and services with the intent of fulfilling clients needs
• Successfully negotiate and secure appropriate advertising contracts.
• Provide follow-up services and maintain client contact as necessary.
• Maintaining records of customer contacts
• Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers

Skills Required:


• 2 To 3 years in tele sales/telemarketing is desired.
• Ability to engage and explain the company's services by using established tactics.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills mandatory
• Must have persuasive in voice or tone to convince the customer to take the desired services, like setting up an appointment, attending a presentation or even making a purchase.
• Bilingual (English & Arabic)
