Key & Responsibilities:
• Oversee day to day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market.
• Continually assess our marketing techniques and strategies, and their efficacy in affecting sales.
• Stay up to date on current market trends.
• Working with marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers.
• Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition.
• Set the precedent for excellence through leading by example.
• Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value.
• Develop strategic sales and marketing objectives.
• Establish sales territories and quotas, manage budgets, and evaluate sales performance.
• Manage and develop marketing programs and materials such as advertising, event support and online promotions.

Skills Required:
• 4+ years’ experience in digital advertising solution sales.
• Exceptional communication skills - English & Arabic
• Proven experience of influencing at a senior level and of developing excellent working relationships
• Proven experience of identifying and responding to pitches, potential tenders and requests for proposals
• Client facing, with the ability to translate complex client requirements into realistic and achievable deliverables
• Commercial flair and ability to close business achieving sales targets.
• Must possess strong organizational, execution and leadership skills
• Ability to influence to achieve positive outcomes
• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
