Description

Must have 2-3 years of experience in the field of accountancy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Follow-up projects and support them in financial matters.

Identifying the problems and obstacles of work and seeking solutions in coordination with the project management in the region

Responsible for receiving cash transferred from the company through the official account.

Distribution of cash to project managers according to the monthly budget approved by the administration.

Preparing and raising the requirements of projects and following up their disbursement with the financial management.

Execution of purchase orders through authorized suppliers and follow-up with the supplier until the materials reach the site concerned.

Ensure that the materials are reached to the sites after the invoice is issued by the supplier in coordination with the project management.

Responsible to work closely with the sub-contractors.

Responsible for bank reconciliation for different banks.

Coordination with HR department for making final settlement of employees.

Other roles: Responsible for making files and have to have proper book keeping at the site. Also responsible for any other task assigned by the superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From ï·¼3,500.00 per month
