Description

Attention: the sponsorship only can be accepted after probation period(3 months);the working location is in Jeddah; join in immediately.

Request:
1) Familiar with Saudi construction regulations, etc,

2) Responsible for negotiating with the Clients and Engineers to establish on-site management institutions and systems;

3) Implement technical and safety disclosure, ensure construction quality, organize management and coordinate on-site construction. Construction daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

4) Management inspection and supervision of construction subcontractors entering the site, preparation, and construction progress control

5) Familiar with the construction quota and process technology of housing construction, able to scientifically organize on-site team construction;

6) Responsible for regulating the planned and actual progress of the project department, ensuring that the project is completed on schedule

7) Responsible for the management of construction personnel, on-site material and equipment usage, and scheduling of this project

8) Proficient in using engineering and office software, such as Office, CAD, etc.

9) Experience in or more projects such as building or steel structures is preferred, with no less than 2 large-scale building or steel structure projects

11) Other tasks arranged by management
